    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    Can I Reserve an Item?

    Yes! Message me with the item you are interested in purchasing and I will reserve it for you for 48 hours.

    Will you combine shipping on multiple items?

    Yes! If you purchase multiple items, I will combine the shipping and refund any shipping overage of $2 or more. If the items are large or bulky they may have to ship separately.

    Can I cancel my order?

    If your order has not shipped yet, I can and will cancel the order. Please message me as soon as possible, as I often ship next-day.

    My Item is damaged or arrived damaged.

    Please message me as soon as possible to work out a refund or replacement. A photo of the item is appreciated and needed for a post office claim.

    When will my item ship?

    I normally ship on Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays, but often ship daily. I have a 1-3 day window on all of my orders to accommodate the shipping schedule. If you need an item shipped sooner please message me.
