Vintage Ceramic Bird Swan Bookends Brown Drip Glaze Mid Century Modern Figurine Free Shipping
This wonderful pair of ceramic bird bookendsfeature two lovely swans standing proudly looking upward. They are a matched pair, and have a deep brown glaze with a white and tan drip style glaze egde along their tail feathers. They are 3.5" long, 2.5" deep, and 8.5" tall. They have nice adn simple detailing on theer bodies, tail, and heads. They have a great modern design and a classic mid century style. There are no makers marks on these pieces.
They are both in very good condition with no chips or cracks, however there is one production flaw on the side of one of the birds - there is a glaze skip that appears like a scratch that is 1/4" long - this is on the tail feather section and shown in detail in the last photo. Grat pair of mid century ceramic bookends!
