Vintage Marcrest SWISS APLINE 9" Round Vegetable Serving Bowl White Blue Green Leaf Pine Tree Christmas Winter Chalet
This bowl by Marcrest is in the Swiss Alpine pattern and are the 9" vegetable bowl. The bowl is a white ceramic with a cool dark blue, light blue, and green geometric flower and leaf design. The leaf shapes also look like pine trees. The pieces are also accented with a light blue band around the rim. The backs are marked: HAND DECORATED / MADE IN AMERICA / OVEN PROOF / DETERGENT PROOF / UNDERGALZED.
The bowl is in very nice condition with no chips or cracks. There are some light surface scratches on the bottoms from use, and there is some crazing in the glaze.
